TamblaWFM Solutions delivers advanced workforce management solutions encompassing workforce planning, rostering, day-to-day operations, and time collection. The company’s innovative platform enables customers to optimize workforce requirements, develop compliant rosters with real-time Award Interpretation, and ensure payroll accuracy in line with Industry Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).

Its Employee Self-Service application empowers employees and managers to view and edit rosters, clock in/out using geo-fenced technology, swap shifts, and manage leave requests directly from their preferred devices.
