Vela APX Acquires ABC Information Solutions, Expanding Independent Retail Software and Data Services

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia – 27July 2026 – Vela APX, a division of Vela Software Group and Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of ABC Information Solutions Pty Ltd (ABCis), a Queensland-based provider of invoice processing, retail pricing and data services software to independent retailers.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Milton, Queensland, ABCis leverages technology, data and decades of retailing experience to help independent retailers improve their bottom-line performance. Its software and services are used by over 1,000 independent retail businesses across Australia, predominantly in the independent grocery and supermarket sector, with further customers across the fuel, pharmacy and hospitality industries.

The ABCis suite comprises:

• Click Invoicing — digital receiving and processing of supplier invoices, removing manual data entry and giving retailers control over supplier credits, delivery discrepancies and stocktakes.
• Pricing Services — management of retailer host and pricing files, enabling independent stores to optimise pricing and protect gross margin while competing with the major chains.
• Ezylink — an accounting interface that imports point-of-sale financial data directly into a retailer’s accounting system.
• Iceberg Analytics & BI Reporting — business intelligence and reporting tools that turn retail data into actionable insight.
• Investment Buying — tools and expertise that help retailers buy the right product at the right time.
• Consulting — retail business consulting drawing on the team’s hands-on retail experience.

This acquisition aligns with Vela APX’s strategy to invest in mission-critical vertical market software businesses.
