Vela Software Group Launches “Indiqator Solutions” Following the Acquisition of Cox Automotive Australia’s Retail and Data Solutions Business.

Vela APX has today announced the acquisition of Cox Automotive Australia’s Retail and Data Solutions (RDS) business, including brands Xtime, Radius, LeadDriver, SmartPublisher, and FinanceConnect. Under Vela Software Group ownership, these solutions will now form the new business entity “Indiqator Solutions Pty Ltd.”

Acquisition of the RDS business solutions and transition of the high-performing teams that support them, positions Indiqator as a leading provider of integrated digital retail, data and remarketing solutions for the automotive industry across Australia and New Zealand.

Indiqator will continue this great legacy of empowering OEMs, franchise groups, and independent dealerships to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive profitability throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
